1. Services

Ndungu Consulting offers consulting, tutoring, and training services. All services are subject to availability and are tailored to meet the needs of individual clients or organizations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required before services begin unless a written agreement allows for a payment plan.
• Accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
• For custom projects, a non-refundable deposit (typically 50 percent) is required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining balances must be paid before the final session or project delivery, unless installment terms have been pre-arranged.
• Invoices are due within five business days of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may result in suspended services, a late fee of 10 percent of the unpaid balance, or cancellation of any remaining sessions.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be billed in full or deducted from your prepaid package.
• No-shows are considered completed sessions.

4. Refunds

• All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for unused sessions or digital materials unless Ndungu Consulting cancels a service.
• Any exceptions must be requested in writing and are granted at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Show up on time for scheduled sessions
• Communicate changes in schedule or expectations in advance
• Treat all staff and partners of Ndungu Consulting with respect
• Use materials and resources provided for personal or organizational use only unless otherwise granted

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Ndungu Consulting, including training materials, templates, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of Ndungu Consulting. It may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ndungu Consulting is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of its services. We aim to provide accurate, helpful support, but results are not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is treated with confidentiality and used solely for service delivery and communication. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
