And honestly… it’s real.
More than a couple of people have told me they feel invisible at work.

Others are feeling pushed out especially as advances in technology rise and training is “fast paced” or “do or die”.
The feeling that no matter how much experience you bring to the table, you are getting passed over.
But what I love is how they’re responding.
Some have decided to #learnnewskills. Others are exploring creative ways to earn money or even start something on the side (not out of fear) but from a place of curiosity and ownership.
They said that it was not about chasing titles.
It’s about staying sharp, staying open, and staying true to yourself.

If you’ve ever felt this way too, you’re not alone.
